Resort and Campground Rules/Policies

RV Sites and General Rules
Upon payment, you agree to all terms and conditions for

Blackbird’s Hideaway Resorts Corporation & Graceville Campground:

  • RV sites have one intended set up direction and you will be directed which direction to park. RVs of any size are not allowed to just set up on the site in any or the wrong direction.
  • All RV’s and Campers are to be well cared for and washed/detailed. We accept units that are older than 10 years old provided photos are provided via email. Once approved your reservation will be accepted.
  • Check-In is 2:00pm or later. Check-Out is 11:00 am. If you intend to extend your stay, you must notify us before 11:00 am. Late check-out requests will be on a request/approval basis only.
  • Proof of registration and insurance will be required for any and all RV’s, campers and vehicles related to you and the occupants of your RV. Max 2 vehicles per site. Additional fees may apply for additional motorized vehicles.
  • Speed Limit: 10 mph. Speeding NOT tolerated at Blackbird’s Hideaway Resorts & Graceville Campground. $50 fine for violators.
  • Only one (1) RV or Camper allowed per site. Additional fees will apply for any combination RV and camper/tent.
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for damages caused by unsupervised children. Children under 18 are not permitted in any bath house, community room, pool, hot tub or at the tiki without an adult present. You are responsible for any mischief or vandalism your children/young adults get into.
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. No obnoxious bright lighting at night. Soft lighting is recommended for all the wildlife around us. Loud music & loud parties prohibited after 10pm Sun-Thu and after 11:00pm on Fri-Sat.
  • Do not “cut through” RV sites. Respect your fellow campers space.
  • Dispose of trash in dumpsters. Trash pickup is offered, place trash in front of site by 9am. Do not leave any food and beverage items out especially overnight. Large items are not approved for dumpsters and fines will be assessed after video footage is consulted.
  • Do not feed any wildlife or stray dogs and cats.
  • Laundromat is available to guests 24/7. Any mistreatment of laundry facilities will result in fines or bans.
  • You are responsible for any damages to any equipment and/or utilities. You are responsible for using our pedestals properly. Do not connect conversion cords between 110/20 AMP, 30 AMP & 50 AMP. If you are unsure, please contact the office.
  • Blackbird’s Hideaway Resorts Corporation, Graceville Campground, Capt Jack’s Tiki and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, loss or theft.
  • Golf Carts/UTV’s/ATV’s can be driven alone by any licensed person 16 years or older. Operators of at least 13 years of age need to have an adult (18 years or older) accompany them in the passenger seat. No one under the age of 13 may operate any motorized vehicle in the park.
  • We do not allow blow up pools and/or hot tubs of any kind without prior approval, additional fees may apply. Unauthorized pools/hot tubs will incur fees for water/electric usage and will be applied to your account for such violations.
  • You authorize Blackbird’s Hideaway Resort & Graceville Campground to send you text message reminders and updates from 850-703-5147.
  • All pets must be friendly, leashed, and cleaned up after… NO EXCEPTIONS. All veterinary vaccination records required for every dog, any questions please contact us. You will be asked to leave if your dog acts aggressively towards any human or any other dog. You will be asked to leave immediately if your dog barks constantly.
  • No unattended pet pens/fences/kennels/tie-outs on site. Do not leave your pets outside unattended. All pets must be with their human at all times. See Pet Agreement or contact us.
  • Please don’t litter … cigarette butts are litter. Fines apply for littering.

RV and Camping Rates

All seasonal/snowbird monthly rates are based on 28 days. No lease agreements and stays are month-to-month.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Outside of 30 days, Fully refundable
  • Within 21 days, 75% refundable
  • Within 14 days, 50% refundable
  • Within 7 days, Non-refundable
  • No Shows:  Non-refundable, and the site will be released back to reservation inventory at midnight the night of your arrival.
